Transportation
We have arranged for a bus driving us to and from the Tjärö island. It will depart on Monday, August 14 at 08:00 in the morning from Copenhagen Central Station, and return on Friday, August 18 after lunch, with a planned arrival in Copenhagen at
around 17.
If you are for some reason prevented from taking the bus, please let us know, so we can give you directions on alternative ways to get to/from the island.
Food
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided. Monday and Friday both include lunch.
Drinks
Generally, drinks are bought at your own expense.
Rooms
Unless you have coordinated otherwise with organizers, you have been assigned a shared room, and will receive information about your room number upon check-in. Towels and bed linen will be provided by the conference center.
Remember to bring
- A laptop and pen&paper
- Clothes for the Wednesday sporty activity
- Printed poster (if you are presenting one)
- Credit card or Swedish cash to pay for drinks
